Todd will check with Rob that he is around at 10AM (possibly re: the stereo). Imber and Susan will drive the truck. Truck loading order seems to be: stereo, then Rose's, then Freeform's. Someone will be needed to move the shower to Rose's basement. (It won't fit through a door.) MikeK is leaving with JD on Saturday. Generator leaves on Monday. Further generator info will be posted by someone else. Todd will research trash info on the bm site. We believe we have 4 trash cans. It was proposed that we separate the trash; the Lockwood dump can handle this. Everyone thought this was a good idea. We need "many, many, many" contractor bags. Imber will find and repost Moses' Bible Lists. Spot has fans that could be brought; they haven't been used in recent years, but leaving them behind will guarantee high temperatures. Christine is building a house in a 727. Paul is in charge of grilled cheese fixings. Lucy is in charge of food. We have more coolers than we need for grilled cheese. Some will be available for banna bread. There are 10 or 12 water jugs in Rose's basement. They can't be resealed, but we can fill them with hose water and duct-tape them closed; this will be the dishwashing etc. water. We had too much water last year. Someone has two pumps and will bring both. Communal water: we need ca. 50 gallons, i.e. five 10-gallon bottles. Todd can get one, christina can get two, for a grand total of eight or possibly ten. These should show up at Freeform's. In addition to communal water (for dishes, bianca-aide, chai, etc.) everyone is responsible for their own water. Remember we will have heated showers! There is a general work weekend at Freeform's on the weekend of 2001-08-18. Among other things, we'll count supplies of power strips, cords, duct tape, etc. and then go shopping. On Monday 2001-08-13 there'll be the couch run between the south bay and east bay. Dtodd is running this show.
